I started this blog about a year ago but left it in my drafts.. Maybe i was meant to revisited it today....
Have you ever been in the presence of someone who has captivated you to the point of feeling like the entire room stood still. The moment they speak you focus entirely on them and every distraction seems to be annoying.
You try to hide that you have been captivated by the antithesis of their entire being. So you look away pretending not to stare but find your self leaning back every now and then for a glimpse. You listen carefully. At the end of the evening you find yourself going home to research them looking for every possible resource you can find about them. You find yourself wondering will I ever meet that person again. Sometimes it's on a train, at an event or in a grocery store or maybe even on a plane.
For some its an attraction of purity. For some an attraction of Lust. For some an attraction of Intellect. For some an attraction of curiosity for others an attraction of "what can I gain from this".
Whatever attracts us in that moment takes away the wind in our sails and for a moment you're left without words, without expression.
Just thousands of thoughts running through your mind....

These moments take your breathe away...
I've learned the importance of moments.Certain moments have literally changed my life.
Sometimes just meeting one person could mean the beginning of a whole new world, one you never imagined or dreamed of. For some it's a relationship, for many a job, For others the news of death or a life threatening disease. Moments surprise us, challenge us, change us...
I'm learning now more than ever to Respect and Enjoy the moments that God brings my way.
I'm asking God... Allow me not to miss Moments that are truly meant for me... Allow me to be sensitive to the moments in others lives, Please give me understanding for the moments that are life changing and allow me me to truly enjoy the moments that take my breath away... Like the clouds in the sky, flowers in the field or even as simple as the handsome stranger who stared and made me smile... Allow me not to overthink moments that are there just to cheer up my day!! And Please God, allow me Never to Miss the moments to be a blessing to someone else's day!!!
